At Atelier Raul, we preserve living heritage, and we treat your fine art acquisitions with the highest degree of care. Every original copper bas-relief and limited-edition print is individually inspected, hand-packed, and shipped directly from our New Delhi studio.
1. Domestic Delivery (Across India)
- Complimentary Insured Shipping: We offer free, fully insured shipping across India for all limited-edition prints and original artworks.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD options are available nationwide at no additional cost.
- Delivery Timelines: Rolled art prints are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Museum-framed masterpieces require custom structural crating and are dispatched within 4–5 business days. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your metro region.
2. International Shipping (Worldwide)
As a Government of India Registered Exporter (EPCH/RCMC Certified), we securely ship to over 200 countries worldwide.
International delivery rates are calculated at checkout or provided via a private curator quote for oversized custom orders. All international shipments are securely crated to guarantee safe global transit.
3. Damage Protection Guarantee
In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, your piece is completely covered under our corporate transit insurance. Please share a video of the unboxing within 24 hours of receipt to our studio email, and we will initiate an immediate priority replacement or restoration at zero cost to you.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Atelier Raul has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
6. Packaging
Each piece is wrapped in protective materials and placed in our signature Atelier Raul gift packaging — making it ready for gifting straight out of the box. Museum-framed masterpieces and original sculptures receive museum-quality, heavy-duty structural crating to guarantee they arrive pristine at your doorstep.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sandeep.arora@atelierraul.com. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
